I reachd out to Nicole as I was just recently laid off from my job of 13 years. Because I had never been laid off, obviously it was quite the shock but at the same time, I was sent a pile of paperwork that I wasn't sure what to do with. It was beyond overwhelming but in addition to this, I needed to know that what I was signing was legit and worthy for such a lengthy career as a woman in the workplace. Nicole was wonderful! She was very quick to repsond and read over everything that I was sent with a fine tooth comb. We discussed my options and I feel that she advised me with the appropriate next steps to take after a "reduction in workforce due to COVID 19". Thank you Nicole for all of your help!
