Owner/Attorney Josh Massingill was understanding and jumped in too. Best attorneys one could have in their corner. Massingill Attorneys, specifically Elisa Forestier, were extremely quick & helpful in the formation of my new LLC and taking care all of the necessary paperwork with the state & IRS.
