Plus, she has an awesome personality... super fun but about her business! Her efficiency, patience, and care went above and beyond her professional duties. I had a very difficult situation with my employer. Being a white male, I was also concerned that I was not going to be able to do anything about it. Nicole not only guided me through the process of what I should document, she was my sounding board for all of the stress/emotions I was going through. She continually reassured me that what transpired was illegal, and informed me of the appropriated process that we would take. There were times when I was nervous and concerned, but she was always supportive, kind, empathetic and helped me stay the course. As she predicted, we were able to resolve the matter, and my settlement was exactly what she/we had anticipated. I highly recommend Nicole, not only for the fact that she is a very smart lawyer, but because she truly understands the emotional trauma people suffer when dealing with abusive employers. I have yet to have ever experienced a lawyer who is as authentic, kind, compassionate and most importantly empathetic. I recommend her 150%.

Josh set up the LLC for my business. He is very professional and thorough. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure I understood the details of what can be a confusing process.
