Hiring Nicole Conger was the easiest part of one of the hardest situations that I’ve been through! She was very personable, and knowledgeable! She knows Employment Law, and Will Represent you to the Best of her Ability! It was an honor to be her client!

After numerous attorneys refraining from taking on my case, Nicole was the one attorney who not only agreed to take on my case, but returned my call at 8:00 P.M., attentively listened to my situation, answered all of my questions with honesty, explained how the law works, explained the proper steps to initiate legal action, provided me with her professional expertise when dealing with FMLA cases, and never pressured me into hiring her as my attorney. After discussing my situation with Nicole, she made it very clear to me that what was done to me was unlawful, and unjust, therefore I indeed have a case against my former employer. As Nicole and I continued to discuss my situation, Nicole demonstrated exceptional morals and values. I could tell from just a brief conversation that Nicole is exceedingly passionate about helping people. In addition, she was very encouraging, friendly, positive, honest, knowledgeable, and extremely fierce. After being well informed of my rights, how the law works, and the legal process I would have to undergo I felt extremely confident Nicole was the right person to represent me. Hiring Nicole as my attorney was the best thing, I could have done not only for myself but for my family as well. We now can move forward and feel whole again. My discrimination case was pretty complicated and as I was interviewing lawyers, none of them made me feel as confident as Nicole. Any time I doubted myself or my case, Nicole reassured me through her detailed plan and kept me in the loop every step of the way. This lady deserves more than 5 Stars!! My story is long, complicated and seems to be a never ending uphill battle. When another issue came up, Nicole Conger was recommended to me by another attorney. I called her and told her my situation; after just 5 minutes of talking with her, I immediately knew that I had someone who understood my situation, and was not afraid of “Big Corporate Politics”, and hired her immediately!
