I paid her to fix my wifes papers on march. In 5 Months she did not do nothing at all. It does NOT take 5 Months to review an application. I asked why i didnt get a reciept from USCIS and they said they did not know. The reason i never got one is because THEY NEVER SENT ANYTHING IN! I called and they never answer and when they did they wouldnt call back when i asked them too. Basically wasted 5 months of trying to fix my wifes status. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! If you pay someone to do something then do it! Dont wait 5 months and wait until your client calls you to check the case! I dont like writing 1 star reviews but honestly their service desrves it.

My tia got her number from a friend who said norma was great. Not the case for us. After 3 days of calling they stopped answering my tias calls so she asked me to call. Norma was on "vacation" so I did t get to talk to her. The first day I called her replacement was "out to lunch" at 2:30pm. Never got a call back. Friday the replacement "went home sick". The secretary said to call back Monday morning. Today, Monday morning, I have called twice. No answer. Screening phone calls. Pathetic representation of a professional. Poor service. Don't waste you time, they will just give you the run around.

Horrible we hired her to get a case dismissed and she didn't do anything she just took our money. She never contacted us and made up millions of excuses. She lied to us the whole time she does not deserve to have a license she clearly knows nothing about the laws. She told us we were going to get our charge dismissed and then the same week told us it was rejected after waiting for almost 7 months. The worst part is she acts like a good person but she is a horrible person for playing with a family's life. Do not hire her you will regret it!!

Professional, efficient, affordable, caring, and effective is how I would describe Mr. Shin. He was worth every penny and more. Highly recommended.
