WARNING WARINING!!!! MAJOR SCAMERS!!!!! CUIDADO!! CUIDADO!! Si no quieres leer todo el review, en conclusión me robo el dinero. Para emepzar nunca traté Con la abogada, solo con su asistente Gracy. Acudi con esta oficina de migración en abril/mayo del 2018, para solicitar asistencia en la renovación de mi DACA. La señorita Gracy me prometio que si empezábamos mi caso en ese momento no tardaría en llegarme., mi permiso se vencia en octubre 13 del 2018 osea ese mismo año. 6 meses de anticipación. Me cobro $300 mas los $495 de la aplicación. Pasaron los meses, y promesas, tras promesas, y mentiras, tras mentiras, de que mi cita para las huellas no tardaría en llegar. Que su contacto en migración ya tenía mi caso. Finalmente a 1 mes de que expirara mi permiso tome cartas en el asunto y llame a migración respcto al por que ni siquiera me había llegado una carta de ellos de que deperdido ya tenian mi caso. Y que me llevo la gran sorpresa de que ellos no habian resibido nada departe mia o de mi caso, que lo último que supieron de mi fue la ultima vez que renové, de ahí mas nada. Al cuestionar a la señorita Gracy al respecto me dio el cuento de que no me preocupara, que en migración siempre se hacen bolas y que su “contacto” tenía mi caso. (Nunca me dio tracking # de cuando mando mi aplicación, ni mi case # de USCIS, depues de miles de ve esta que pregunte por ellos) En ese punto ya yo desesperado, me decidí contratar a otro abojado, por que pues me iba a quedar sin trabjo y mi Niño y mi esposa dependian de ese permiso. Total el otro abojado investiga en migración sobre el caso, y pues si.. solo Confirmo mis sospechas... esta señora Gracy, y compañía me habian estafando. Hasta la fecha no me a devuelto mi dinero de la aplicación $495(que si lo cobraron, no se quien pero lo cobraron), ni los $300 que me cobro por sus “servicios”. Que descaro de mujer. Aprovechandoce de la jente que no esta bien documentada en este pais.. de sus mismo paisanos.. Total cuando yo empece la renovación de nuevo con este otro abogado, a la semana de aber mandado mi aplicación, migración me contacto diciendo que ya tenían mi caso. SOLO 1 semana despues. Y con aquellas estafadoras en 6 meses, solo me dieron atole con el dedo. Y bueno total 1 mes tomo en que llegara mi permiso con el nuevo abogado. NO LA CONTRATEN! SE APROVECHAN DE LA JENTE. LOS ABOGANDOS DE AUSTIN Y ALREDEDOR YA LOS CONOCEN. NO PIERDAS TU TIEMPO NI TU DINERO! LEE LOS REVIEWS.

I feel like we all have the right for others to give us the benefit of the doubt. And so we tried that with Mrs. Gonsalvez. We waited patiently, and trusted that she was doing what was expected of her part, due to having received payment and contract. We contracted her for a renewal of a work permit back at the end of may 2018. Sadly we are very disappointed with her work ethics. Very little comunication, even though my husband called and called her office, & even though he asked for a receipt number from Uscis, & tracking information of the renewal application that was supposedly sent in. These questions where always evaded with an insufficient answer, it was with both her and her assistant.. Finally after weeks, that turned into months, my husband decided to contact Uscis. To his despair, they verified that no application was ever received for his case.... He has been in contact with them, & has been blunt about how he feels about the whole situation. Fraud is wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. In this case if she did not do what she was hired to do she is deceiving her customer. I am here to share our story, and help people have awareness. Because everybody deserves to be treated fairly. —————————————************ Siento que todos tenemos el derecho de que otros nos den el beneficio de la duda. Y eso intentamos con la Sra. Gonsalvez. Esperamos pacientemente y confiamos en que ella estaba haciendo lo que se esperaba de su parte, debido a haber recibido el pago y hecho el contrato. La contratamos para la renovación de un permiso de trabajo a finales de mayo de 2018. Lamentablemente, estamos muy decepcionados con su ética laboral. Muy poca comunicación, a pesar de que mi esposo llamó y llamó a su oficina, y aunque pidió números de recibo de Uscis, o información Para rastrear la solicitud que fue enviada por correo, las preguntas siempre fueron evadidas o recibían una respuesta insuficiente, se contactó a ella y su asistente! Finalmente después de semanas, que se convirtieron en meses, mi esposo decidió ponerse en contacto con Uscis. Para su desesperación, verificó que ninguna aplicación fue recibida para su caso... El ha estado en contacto con ella, y ha sido franco acerca de cómo se siente con respecto a toda la situación. El fraude es engaño económico con la intención de conseguir un beneficio, y con el cual alguien queda perjudicado. En este caso, si ella no hizo lo que fue contratada para hacer, está engañando a su cliente. Estoy aquí para compartir nuestra historia y ayudar a las personas a tener conciencia. Porque todos merecemos un trato justo.

Mario is very professional. The work was completed quickly & accurately. We feel he had the best interests of our family in mind. He pointed out several important issues we were not aware of. It is obvious Mario enjoys Estate Planning.

Not only responded quickly yet got the job done! There were few to address me in this needed,desperate and time sensitive matter that was coupled with no nonsense legal tenant rights experience as the office of Mario Flores. He did change my life path which allowed me to get out of a unfair lease that was preventing me to move forward to my new place and job. Outstanding Attorney!!!, i have seeked her for my second time, first time was when i was caught shoplifting in WILCO, and that was for a CLASS B misdemeanor, she guided me into a pretrial intervention program, got my case dismissed and everything, super kind lady, I love Her to Death, like a mom to me, and now the second time, for a State Jail felony, i never new i had a warrant issued and active, and had to hide from the cops all the time she taught me into a process called "the walk-through", so we proceeded with that and guess what?? never spent a minute in custody at all!!! Got the warrant lifted off me approved and signed!!!... Super duper Great attorney Highly Recommend her for Criminal Justice and Immigration cases!! Next Process will be to renew my DACA with her.
