I highly recommend Darrin Dest. I hired him to represent me in response to a licensing board complaint. He genuinely listened to me and offered professional guidance with compassion. He was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process, offering expert council. In the aftermath of the board hearing, his support continued through the steps I needed to take afterward. Unfortunately, I was arrested in February 2019, and I feared losing my nursing license. I did not even renew my license in July 2019. At the behest of my counselor, I sought legal counsel at the beginning of 2020. I found Mr. Dest online and set up a consultation. He has helped me with two incidents in the last three years, and I have not had any investigation from the Texas BON. My life is back on track, and I am still nursing, thanks to Mr. Dest.

I contacted Mr. Dest after I received notification that a complaint was filed against me. Mr. Dest requested information from me and formulated a compelling response which ultimately led to a dismissal of the complaint.
