I am writing this review on behalf of my grandfather, Marion Shipman. He worked with Robby Alden for 4+ years on a case they finally won. Mr. Alden worked diligently on this case, and I highly recommend him/this law firm.

It is never a great scenario when a business needs to hire a law firm to litigate a legal issue; but, in the past when our company, Yarrington Road Materials was in need of an expert law practice to handle complicated issues arising from accidents in the construction industry, we have always had the best service and outcomes with Robert Alden, who works for the oldest Plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Austin: Byrd, Davis, Alden & Henrichson.Over the past 25 years, we have had to have Mr. Alden guide us through some delicate and complicated matters. Robby Alden is an outstanding attorney. He is extremely bright and has a tremendous knowledge of the law. He is a highly skilled litigator. He is also very practical and is very careful not to run up potentially unnecessary expenses. He puts his clients’ interests first. He also has a delightful staff, including a great assistant in Suzy Ramirez. I highly recommended him.

Kevin Henrichson represented my family on a personal injury case involving injuries my daughter sustained at daycare. We met Kevin when he took over our case from another attorney at different firm that had done a less than stellar job. Despite having to take over a case that had already been started by someone else and was not progressing well, Kevin was able to take over the case, turn it around, and reach a fair settlement. Kevin genuinely cares about this clients, and helped us during a very difficult time. He was exceptional throughout the process, and extremely thorough in his preparation for the case. I was very impressed with the amount of work that went into our case, and was pleased with a successful outcome. Working with Kevin for my personal injury was a great experience. After hearing from others that it takes forever to find a great lawyer, I didn't know what to expect or even if it'll be a good match. I'm lucky that my first lawyer experience was a great one! Kevin was Amazing! I felt so safe and cared for -- especially during the early painful months when I had so much healing still ahead of me. They where very buisy at the time, but they saw how much I needed help. Kevin Henrichson, found time. I am very proud of what he did for me. He is very professional. Well prepared. These guys are the best of the breed. You'd think that given their track record they would only work with celebrities or have a stuck up attitude...quite the contrary, if they think they can help you they will and they are quite professional and humane. I recommend this firm wholeheartedly and encourage anyone who's had an accident of any sort that might be in need of representation to give them a call. They really take the time to understand your position and to provide you with as much information as possible, even prior to signing with them. This is the real deal.
