We recently completed our closing with Maggie at Chicago Title, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her exceptional service. She provided us with all the information we needed to navigate the process smoothly, making everything clear and stress-free. What truly stood out was her attention to detail and the extra care she showed towards our kids while we were signing the documents. It made the whole experience much more manageable for us. The photo area after the closing was such a nice touch and gave us a moment to celebrate this milestone. Overall, we are extremely thankful for Maggie’s professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process.

She’s my closer and always will be my closer. When your title rep is also a real estate attorney, you know the job will be done right. My clients always walk out of our closings feeling very ecstatic with how the whole process went from contract to close. Maggie and her team are always reachable, always extremely knowledgeable and frankly, the best in Austin. I wouldn’t even consider using someone else.

I had the option to work with this company through the buyers. Very polite and good interactions, but very risky business practice/. As a person who runs a cybersecurity company, I find the way this business conducts itself unacceptable. All communications were done via email; there is no customer portal to upload documents securely. Their recommendation was to use Gmail's built-in security features. We had to create a secure server to maintain all our secure communication. As a company that deals with landing and PII ( Personal identity information), their lack of security is alarming. The FTC safeguard rules bind businesses that deal with landing.

Maggie is—without a doubt—one of the best and brightest in the Title attorney world. She has closed many deals for me over the years and my clients and I always feel we are in the best hands. Maggie and her team are hyper responsive, detail oriented and ethical to their core. I don't know anyone more passionate about doing things not only correctly, but also treating people with compassion and care. Looking forward to many more years in business together. Great service! Loan was a cash out refi as self employed. This loan required long hours invested to get through all underwriting hurdles. If you're interested in a team working your loan till completion... independent of challenges... use this company.

Maggie and her team are truly amazing at what they do! As a Realtor, they are my go to title company and my clients are always blown away. I know when working with Maggie that my clients are in good hands and nothing slips through the cracks. She is an excellent communicator, hyper knowledgeable (rare in Texas to have attorney experience as well), and welcoming. Do not hesitate to contact Maggie for all of your title needs!

Richard Anton had to be fired and bought off my lawsuit just to go away and stop interfering for his own financial gain. While I was still in the ICU and heavily medicated, Richard visited my bedside and urged me to sign over a PIP check that had been paid to me, to him. He then kept all the money for himself, leaving me impoverished since I had lost the ability to work due to a motor vehicle accident I had while visiting Austin. Richard underestimated my ability to adjudicate against him from my homestate, Missouri, and he was surprised when everyone from the insurance adjustor to a Texas attorney took up cause against him for his wrongful practice. In the end I was not able to recover the PIP money he swindled from me, but I was able to buy him off my case. With another TX attorney who took my case on without charge, I was able to negotiated a larger settlement than Richard promised. This attorney is incompetent, crooked and solely self-interested. I was near death in an Austin hospital, where he practically forged a PIP check which had been paid to me. Don't trust him with any of your affairs.

We were VERY pleased with our services that Maggie and her great team provided to us! Maggie is welcoming and very knowledgeable. She genuinely cares about you as an individual and goes above and beyond to provide a welcoming and safe environment. Maggie and her team are my go-to closers. I've been a Realtor for 15+ years and have been closing with Maggie since 2016. Always professional but never boring. Her wit and humor make the closing table fun! But more importantly, the service is excellent. Maggie is not only an escrow officer, she is a real estate attorney. I have been a Realtor in the Austin area for 14 years now, and have worked with Maggie for 5+ of those years. For someone who is not in our industry, it may not matter which title company you use, but for someone, like me, and my clients, Maggie's office provides a stellar experience. First of all, she is an attorney, which gives her the ability to counsel clients, and be able to answer general questions related to contracts, homeownership questions, trusts, deeds etc. A HUGE plus! Secondly, she and her team will work extra hard to get the deal done. Last minute adjustments to the final closing disclosure? She's on it. Random question a buyer or seller has about their closing document - her team will do their best to answer it. Late night emails from a panicked buyer or seller - they are quick to respond - sometimes too quick! (it's after hours, stop!). :) Thirdly, I have never been handed off to a random person who's never seen the closing docs or this file before. She has been able to personally close most of my clients, and I know as her business grows, and she brings on more staff, they will be trained equally well. Her office pivoted to COVID protocol in a way that I've seen few title offices be able to do. Is closing outside in the heat or rain fun? No, but it does help keep us safe, and she has sat outside, sweating, to answer questions, and help the clients sign in the right spots. Many title companies handed the stack of papers to clients in their car, and let them figure it out - not cool - and definitely not the experience you'll have here. As a total extra - she keeps fantastic snacks at the office, she also features adorable and quirky artwork from kiddos who have developmental delays. She's quick witted, and makes great attempts to make the client laugh and feel comfortable - even when I had a very emotional seller, she kept things warm, personal, yet professional. In this day and age, when we need to use our money to support business which give back and truly care for our clients, going with Maggie will ensure your closing experience will be top notch. Chose wisely.
