Morgan & Associates have been our absolute go-to, always providing a unique hands on approach and detail oriented service that is unmatched in the Austin area. She is personable, detail oriented and always makes closing fun. She has gone above and beyond to help make closings easier, and at certain times, has waited out of business hours in order to get my clients closed due to late loan officers. Choosing Maggie is the right choice - every time. **Btw - I read the review from the guy who said her table with the plexiglass was prison-like and I completely disagree. Maggie set up an outside signing option due to the Covid pandemic with Plexiglass to keep her clients safe since she meets with multiple parties a day. A clipboard isn't needed to sign, considering all documents are on the table. Her office inside is nicer, but we appreciated that she made an outside option for safety. I'm surprised the other reviewer didn't understand the purpose. None of my clients have had an issue with it.

I worked with Maggie on closing my house last year. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. She was respectful, throrough, and professional. I can be particular about understanding everything before I sign something and Maggie spent the time to answer all my questions. It was a great experience and highly recommend her. Also she keeps the office filled with amazing snacks!

As first-time homebuyers, closing on our house could have been an extremely stressful experience. Instead, the whole closing process felt like a celebration of an important moment in our lives. With her expertise as an attorney, Maggie offered us a “choose your own adventure” through all the paperwork, providing guidance in as much or as little detail as we preferred. She was also very patient as I read every single word and asked dozens of questions. Maggie is smart, straightforward, and experienced, and it was deeply reassuring to know that I could trust her every step of the way. Can’t recommend Maggie and her team enough.

Maggie and her team are my go-to title choice for my real estate closings. I met Maggie in 2015 at a closing when I represented a buyer and she was our escrow officer. I immediately liked her professionalism. She is an attorney so I feel my sellers are in good hands. During Covid, she has added safe ways to close such as outside with a safety glass in between her and the signers, signing from your car or even providing mobile notaries to come to your home. Me and my clients appreciate those efforts.

We have been working with Margaret M. Morgan and Assoc. for a few years now and they always exceed ours and our client's expectations. They are very communicative and make sure our clients have clear instructions from the executed contract all the way up to closing day. The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional. I've closed with Maggie for the better part of 6 years. She has always been one of the most professional closers I've used in my 12 year real estate career. Not only is she professional and pragmatic, she works by the book, which, is what makes her and her team so efficient and great to work with. This year with Covid, her office has had to make a few adjustments in how the closings are conducted when everyone signs. Given that the office is small and wanting to keep everyone healthy (buyers, sellers and agents included), we sign behind a plexiglass "wall" at an outdoor table. There are many title companies out there right now that won't even allow the agent to be in attendance. Even though clients currently sign outside (again, safety for all who work in her small office and those in attendance) their agent can be present. I'll take her professionalism, streamlined processes and an outdoor closing where I can be present with my clients over less than stellar service and being told I have to wait in my car or in the lobby while my clients close indoors without me.

Maggie has helped us purchase multiple properties. She's professional, responsive and is super versed in her profession. If you've been looking for an escrow officer, you needn't look any further.
