Maggie runs one of my favorite Title Companies to work with in Austin. If you're looking for someone who knows their 'stuff', goes above and beyond to problem solve, and who is extremely responsive, look no further!

My real estate agent said it was her worst closing in 20 years and I believe her. Our experience with Maggie was extremely disappointing and unpleasant. From start to finish, everything was transactional and impersonal with the touches of a prison visit behind plexiglass. A lack of consideration for writing a signature some 25 times on a textured outdoor plastic table, then being told the signature and date had to be corrected for being messy -- perhaps offer a clipboard? When your transaction involves hundreds of thousands of dollars, you'd expect something more classy than an abandoned hair salon, lawn chairs, a folding table, and a plexiglass divider held up by six packs of Coca Cola and Sprite. From the company website: "Margaret M. Morgan & Associates, PLLC’s business model is driven by customer service". Hmm, closing on a house should be a happy event received with congratulations, NOT an apology from your real estate agent.

Maggie Morgan & her team are awesome! From the moment you walk in, her team is attentive and will take care of you. Maggie is a breath of fresh air, making the closing at the table process so warm, detailed, and funny. When it is time to sign, Maggie gives buyers and sellers options on how they would like to talk through the contract .She caters to the personality types and stays connected to all parties. She knows the contract language so well its clear and comfortable. Maggie is available around the clock, & can provide creative solutions to HOA bylaw documents if your buyers and sellers need them revised (example, unit A, Unit B), to fit specific goals and needs if all parties agree. She has helped so many of my clients and colleagues in training and education. Maggie is a big advocate for staying up to date, involved in the community, and educated with TREC, Austin Board of Realtors and other professional associations. Most importantly, she cares and is passionate about bringing long-term value to her clients and team!
