Inconsistent quality of service from staff, with some issues in client intake and communication
“The attorneys maybe AMAZING, but their receptionist or whomever that was that was taking my information SUCKS!!!! After I give her ALL of the information as to what happened...which she's not a good listener...I had to correct her multiple times after she was reading info back to me and repeat myself countless times.”
