The year of 2022 started with tremendous stress for my whole family. In the middle of green card application process, we suddenly realized that My wife and daughter had fallen out of H4 status for more than a year. Then we found Leo and Bernadette. We had to admit that we were attracted by the funny videos Leo posted on YouTube. With an hour of consultation and the follow-up detailed homework done by Leo and Bernadette, we figured out the complex situation where we were in. After signing the contract, they developed a clear strategy to move our case forward. Specifically, they gave us a long list of very specific questions and asked us to answer with as much details as possible. While they had their busy schedule, we really appreciated that they could accelerate the process of our case given the deadlines we had. After several back-and-forth revisions, we finally managed to submit our Nunc Pro Tunc documents to USCIS arguing that falling out of status was a combination of various factors beyond our control. In early September, the green cards came to our mail box! In the whole process, Leo and Bernadette always kept us informed and gave us objective assessments of the situation. While they were always reasonably optimistic about our case, they also explicitly explained the risks, and potential remedies in case the risks are realized. Overall, we can confirm that they are energetic, competent, and transparent attorneys. We would highly recommend them in case you have immigration issues.

I’m from Africa Uganda we meet Miss Bernadette online and we decided to work with her ,She is a very incredible Attorney she is a communicative person and that’s is a big deal in this process ,we started with I-130 ( that’s the process of approving your marriage) in my case I had traveled many countries that became a problem when it came to this process ,I had to get police clearance from each country I stayed for more than 6 months but we went through that with her and and until I got my visa and now today I’m a citizen of U S A and I’ve been here only 4yrs , she is a superstar in organizing paper where it’s impossible to be denied just to let everyone knows that once you work with Bernadette with the blessings of God it’s a guarantee to be approved she can work with everyone no matter what country you from .It was nice and a big blessing to work with miss Bernadette Dela cruz.
