Jasmine Bhatt is not only an amazing family law attorney but she is very compassionate and understanding about how difficult it is emotionally to go through a divorce. She’s the best you will find anywhere!

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS : I highly recommend using Erica Larson. I reached out to Erica Larson for a case regarding custody. During the consultations everything sounded like it would go great. Shortly after our conversation I sent my retainer and signed an agreement for her to start on my case as I needed to submit a response soon. I then received a welcome letter and a list of contacts for the billing department.. all for which would be added to my first invoice ($74) as it apparently took 40 minutes to send. An additional ($60) would be added to assign the task of sending this email. Another ($130.50) would be added to discuss my case in a meeting that took place before they reached out to me via email to ask for the documents I was served with… and if you didn’t guess it already, yes I was charged for this email ($18.50) this required another meeting about my case now that they had the documents ($60). Naturally at this point my documents would require reviewing ($150) they reached out to the court to confirm that they had the correct date I was served… and no phone calls to get info from the district clerk is not cheap ($55.50) naturally you will be charged for everyone’s time that they spent on your case and send out emails. My case took 3 hours for a total of ($590). I highly suggest keeping all of this in mind as these are charges that were made before anything was actually done with my case. After receiving my first invoice with the charges posted to my bank account I decided Erica Larson was too good of a lawyer for me, I could not afford her services. Prior to receiving my invoice I received a draft with an incorrect response to my case. This of course was not filed… in fact nothing was filed, but this still had to be paid for as it took valuable billable hours from her team ($55) of course to know that this response was incorrect, she had to confer with her paralegal for ($60) and of course more meetings ($172) . When I received my bill and realized that Erica Larson was too diligent with her billing process I called to say I no longer wanted to use her services. I also learned that my response was still not filed at this time .This costed me ($30) with the addition fees for closing my case ($145.50). I am so happy I had the pleasure of working with Erica Larson and that I could immediately file my own response to my case which was well after it was due to be sent. You should do the same.

Family law is a delicate practice and can be emotionally overwhelming. Jasmine went above and beyond from beginning to end! I was a bundle of nerves, but her compassion, knowledge, patience, and experience made the whole process much less daunting. Jasmine is professional and navigated my case with confidence and ease. Her expertise is invaluable. I am very thankful to have found her. If you are looking for a family lawyer, I highly recommend working with Jasmine Bhatt!

Royal Atashi and Modern Family did not DO ANYTHING for my case but bill me. If you want to pay $3000.00 just to have someone enter and leave your case, this is the ones for you. Do not recommend. Highway robbery and lack of service
