My landlady tried to evict me from my home of 2.5 years. She bought the house at the end of my lease and the purchase was contingent on me signing a year lease with her. Three weeks after she had assumed ownership, she gave me my first notice to vacate. I represented myself in JP court with Mr. Abarca's help. I won. She appealed. In County Court Mr. Abarca represented me and we won with a unanimous jury after only an hour of deliberation. She appealed. Mr. Abarca represented me in the Appeal and we won again.

Working with Robby was a pleasure. I have dealt with several lawyers in the past and felt they only cared about the bottom line. Mr. Abarca was different. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he is very empathic and eager. He focused on the best interest of our child and was able to save me and my family alot of heartache and financial burden.
