it's close to our home, even though it's NOT our "home" PO--that is several more miles away...very handy, VERY small, nice knowledgeable clerks...do NOT go there between thanksgiving and christmas unless you have a LOT of time to spare...i hope they keep it open....limited saturday hours is not so convenient...i see that people have not been able to get them on the phone...really?...who in their right mind would EVER telephone a post office?...there are never more than 3 people in the building....and they're going to answer the phone?...hahahaha...i would NEVER phone a PO expecting someone to answer and actually help, me....if you live too far to actually GO there, then you don't need their help anyway....

Very friendly

The morning staff were helpful and polite! Never again will I ever go to the Park Row location. EVER!!!!! They had no problem answering my questions about change of address forms (which Park Row never has) and how to fill them out.

I have been calling this post office for three days. The phone has been off the hook for the entire time. I need to schedule an appointment to get my passport and cannot reach anyone to get on the calendar.

Strange hours but it's a pretty unknown location. There's room for about 3 people inside.

Went in to schedule an appointment for a passport and within the hour my application was sent. Staff was friendly and approachable. My "go to" post office.
