I have been having a hard time trying to get a post office to answer their phones regarding passport applications and they answered within 2 rings! Most importantly they answered my question. This post office seems pretty good so far. Update: I need to get some passports done for my siblings and I haven't had anyone answer the phone for the past two days! Keep saying it is busy! I guess on my old review I just got lucky!

Love this post office! Friendly and helpful staff. I was in the other area of Houston and it seems most of them have bad reviews. I feel lucky to be going to this post office.

Went to this post office because of the reviews instead of the one by my apt on Park Row and wow the service is awesome!!!!

this is the best post office I have ever visited. The staff are always efficient, friendly and even offer up a lolly pop for my 3 year old. I have been going here for 3 years now and have never had an unpleasant experience. I have also used them for passport services and they have made the process very easy for me.

This place is far from my home, but it's definitely worth the drive. Great, Fast, and Excellent Friendly service!

I love this little post office. It is over 14 miles from my house but because of the efficiency, helpfulness and friendliness I am more than willing. Today though, I am very upset. I went there to mail a few Christmas cards and to see what size packaging I needed for some gifts. I brought one of the gifts in with me. The gifts were Christmas presents for my out of state friends. When I got home, I realized I was missing the gift. I have been trying for over an hour and half to reach them by telephone. I was hoping that someone may have discovered it lying on the table that I was using to put stamps on my envelopes. I have not been able to get through to speak to anyone at the post office. I have been calling for over an hour!!! Usually I give this post office a 5!! Today...a 2.

Its the only post office i will use. i cringe if i have to go to Park Row post office. i live by park row but wont go there. I mail packages frequently. i can be out of baker street post office in about 10 or less. before this post office i used to wait a long time..there is one lady there that is sort of lazy and gets in a bad mood sometimes..the regulars know her..without her this would be an excellent place..its easy to spot her, everyone else is very helpful and clear. she is not really clear or helpful. used to be a guy there that used to hand you your debit card back and say he couldnt use it unless you signed the back of it. would hand you a pen. he said it was the law. he is gone now. I believe he always wanted to be a cop but became a postal worker

Excellent customer service! The best so far. I walked in to apply for a passport, but unfortunately, they stop taking in application until next year. However, I stopped a lady, who happen to be the operational manager, Debra, and asked for help. She went out of her way to make sure I have an appointment from another location nearby. It seemed like she was on her way off duty, but she patiently spent at least 20 minutes to help me. If this is not excellent service, then I don't know what is.
