A little small, but they have most of what you need; today the employees were quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Only USPS office I will use in the Katy Fwy area from now on.

This post office is always staffed with kind, respectful employees. They also went above and beyond to help me get my passport when I didn’t have an appointment so it came in on time for me to go on my foreign mission trip! Great usps in my experience.

Best of the best USPS offices. Amazing attentive staff that is clearly under management who understand the way service should be. Super rare in a government office.

After my boyfriend having two bad experiences with the Bear Creek location, he came here in hopes of having better luck with their walk-in passport service. He said everyone was super nice and didn’t have any issues with anything while he was there. Without their help we would’ve had to reschedule our vacation.

The best post office ever. All the staff are friendly and kind and go out of their way to help you. If there’s a problem with something you’re mailing, they will work with you to get it right. Maria Elena was very helpful today! I’ve been coming here almost 30 years and it’s always been the best!

Had a great experience at this post office. I was able to get squeezed in for an appointment for my passport application. Everything went smoothly and the lady who helped me was very kind with top notch customer service. Keep up the great work.

I have never experienced service like this while visiting a post office. Top TIER. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot because I refuse to leave the property before leaving a review. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Everyone else take notes!

Well, today 5/22/2024 I had passport appointment at 9am and I am absolutely happy with this process. A woman works here is so friendly, sweet, fast helping and specially I had the most beautiful picture for passport. I would highly recommend this place

The best post office with friendly staff! We actually drive 35 miles from our house to drop off packages with them because we know it will be done correctly.

The worst experience at BARKER MAIN POST OFFICE, the staffs are not helpful and do not want to work. I checked the website for passport service and it showed BARKER MAIN POST OFFICE has walk in service. I drove there for 30 min and when I arrived, the office was empty, no customer and no staff behind the desk, just loud laughing and talking heard from the back room. After I said hello for several times finally a lady showed up and I told her I need passport service, she asked me if I have any appointment and I said no, but the website shows you have walk in service today. She responded we do not have walk in service due to short staff issue. I said why your website shows walk in service and she said it is not updated. I asked her to help me because I drove 30 min and the website miss leaded me but she refused to help and do the service. I do not understand there was not any customer in the office and they were doing nothing except talking and laughing, When there is no customer, how they are short staff? Why the website is not updated?

Went for a walk-in passport appointment - in and out in 30 mins. The staff is SO kind, helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend!
