Most people probably don’t review the local post office. There are so many around here that are a disgrace and deserve all the complaints they get. But this is not one of those! The employees here are always so friendly, quick, and helpful. The building is very small, but it seems to accommodate just enough people throughout the day. They have postal boxes inside where you can rent as well. It’s easy to drop off your package for return somewhere, get a passport, or just go in and get a book of Stamps. It is rare I ever wait longer than five minutes I so used to dread going to the post office until I found this one even during the holidays. They are helpful and have a good supply of various kinds of stamps in boxes on hand.

People working inside and don't want to take the time to listen to your issue, i just moved and i filled up the change of address application and i am still not receiving mail at my new address, i came to ask why, and i just missed them by 2 minutes and they are still inside and don't want to listen, all they had to say (we are closed and in a very rude way), i don't think i will be coming here again.

Bobby was the one who assisted me with the passport application. Friday 11/04/2022 at 9am. I was trying to ask for a tracking number of my passport package that will be mailing to the Department of State for processing but she denied to give it to me and kept telling me I need to go on the Department of State website to track the status. What I’m asking for is the USPS tracking number to make sure the package made it there to the destination. If the package never made it to the Department of State then how can I track the status of the case? This package contents my original Naturalization Certificate so I want to keep it safe because it will cost over $500 to get a replacement. I even asked if I can pay extra to have it delivered as certified mail but she and Kevin (the manager) said “No. We keep track of it in house, we don’t do certified mail with this”. I told her my husband did this process last year and the USPS officer provided him with a tracking number on the USPS receipt. Kevin asked “Did he get it done here?”, I said “No. At another USPS office” then he said “We don’t issue tracking number here and if it get lost it will be the Department of State’s responsibility”. I was very disappointed with his and her attitude and response. I think something is wrong here and I want to have it in writing as a report to USPS.

Randomly happened on this post office when the other one I typically go to near by had their drop box out of service. Extremely fast and pleasant service. I was amazed. This is the only post office I want to use moving forward!

Best post office I’ve ever been to! The staff is always so welcoming and kind. A breath of fresh air compared to the one on Park Row.

This is my place to go, it has been so far the best customer service experience of all. The ladies working there are so nice, polite and have very good manners. 100% happy and satisfied with their services.

Thanks Kim and Bobby for their dedication at work. Dropping off my packages twice a week and was welcomed with smiles. They’re very helpful and friendly. I live in Richmond, but work close to this post office, so I chose this place to be my to-go post office.
