best consultation ive paid for!!!! opened my eyes, smart contacts lawyer. started to explain my case and he found a flaw in 5 min, 3 months worth of work that i went threw with two layers and a title company in research. his assistant found the devorce paperwork from first husband, she used her own last name. in the devorce real estate was not listed, hence the first husband owned half. the other the widow signed over aswell. went after the notary who notarized two fraud document, her answer she does not do warranty deeds and has no record of anything for in her book, probably an assistant who worked there and stole her seal, she anilize her signature and the notary signature was also a forgery. affidavit of facts she gave me, we went to another notary. case on its way to wining. file and registered at county clerks and tax office with exhibits. the guy at county clerks mentioned the last person who tried to steal property like this recived 15 years sentence. anyone can report it he said and encourage to email documents to district attorney office aswell. i have the paper he gave me to report it. thanks
