While I have not personally worked with the attorneys in this office, I have had the pleasure to work with Ms. Kerstie Munoz who is a legal assistant at this firm. Kerstie and I have worked together in long term care facilities, and it's apparent the compassion she has for her clients. Not only does Kerstie strive to meet her client's needs, she goes the extra mile to ensure her clients and the client's family members are informed throughout every step of their case. Mayo & Poland has a wonderful reputation within the nursing home community, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect a loved one's assets, or simply draft an estate plan of your own. They will not disappoint!

Mayo & Poland came highly recommended to my husband and I to Probate his father’s will. Towards the end of my father in law’s Property settlement, my husband passed away from Cancer. So Mr. Mayo started the Probate on my husband’s will and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Pi Yi Mayo and his staff! They helped us navigate the Medicaid application process and protect my Father’s assets. His firm came highly recommended from our attorney and did not disappoint. His assistant Kirstie answered my calls without having to wait for a returned call and promptly responded to all my questions. We navigated all the process without ever going into the office. They take the time to explain the details. They truly care about helping people.

Mr. Mayo had worked with my uncle to set up a special needs family trust in order to make sure that my special needs cousin would be provided for the rest of his life. So it was natural for us to turn to Mr. Mayo after the deaths of my aunt and uncle. As the independent executor of their wills I appreciated the advice and assistance of Mr. Mayo through the legal probate process. I especially appreciated the help of paralegal Kim Garcia. Kim was thirty every step of the way, seeing that the proper documents were filled out signed, notarized and filed with the court. It is quite a relief to have this tedious process complete!
