Was in a bad wreck. Lady going way too fast in a 30 mph zone crushed my car. I was hurt bad and needed medical attention that I couldn’t afford. Thankful I found the Bernsens! These guys are great. They got me the care I needed. Their staff is super friendly. Great communication skills. Excellent settlement. Call them if you need a lawyer.

More than satisfied with the services provided by the lawfirm. Worked directly with Cade Bernsen and Jamie throughout the entire process along with Meagan. I had an incidental back in June of 2019 at the Laredo Sam’s Club. The company was making it a long process by not wanting to comply with what the lawfirm was demanding, but Cade’s and Jamie’s persistence made the lawsuit in our favor possible. These guys are incredible!! I was driving on Hwy 69 coming from work when all of the sudden a man driving a company truck came into my lane and crashed into me. I hurt my shoulder bad. I tried dealing with company's insurance but they were giving me the run around. I knew the Bernsens handled cases against trucking companies so I hired them. David and Cade are warriors. They fought for me and won. Gave me the best Christmas present ever! I'll always be grateful.
