My son died in a tragic house fire. Most painful experience of my life. I needed closure so I hired the Bernsen law firm because I knew they handled big cases. They welcomed me with open arms. Treated me like family and held my hand through the whole thing. Their staff is very kind and loving. They Greet you with a smile. They kept me informed step by step. What an adventure. I was hit by a man who fled the scene. However, his front bumper and license plate fell off during the collision! I brought the Bernsen Firm the bumper and they tracked him down. They fought the insurance company and got my medical bills paid and a great settlement in my pocket. I want to thank Cade and Jamie for everything. I will always recommend their Firm!

I was performing on stage in a local community theatre and fell into an uncovered orchestra pit during a the show. I shattered my arm requiring emergency surgery and extensive therapy. The insurance company wouldn’t take responsibility so I hired the Bernsen Firm. Even though this was quite a unique case David and Cade did excellent. It was a tough legal battle and we prevailed! I want to thank the Bernsen Firm for taking care of me and my family. I was hit by a car while walking through a parking lot. I injured my whole right side of my body.
