Discussed my problem with Brent. He counseled me on what I might do to avoid a lawsuit. He agreed to write a letter to address the problem and we in turn avoided the suit.

I have used lawyers in the past where I got the worst of all worlds, they charge me crazy $ and then aren't available. Brent did an excellent job and his communication was A-plus!
