Mr.Padgett represented me in a case and when i tell you he represented me that’s exactly what he did. He’s a good guy outside and inside of work i never had any problems, issues, and or doubts in my mind about him. When he said i had nothing to worry about and its going to get taken care of he did exactly that. Im thankful and grateful he represented me when i called he answered all the time good lawyers like him is hard to come across. He means business he does and I'm thankful again that i had him in my corner!

We hired Attorney James M. Padgett at the last minute after searching for someone that could get the job done, and he proved just that. My case was dismissed and I’m very proud of my decision with hiring this attorney for my case. The communication was great and I never doubted him from the beginning. If you’re looking for someone that’ll show you your money was well spent. This attorney is the guy for that job!

Im very grateful for the positive outcome(case dismissed)! He worked diligently and had a very good open line of communication that was clear and concise. I got into some trouble in college and James Padgett helped me. At first I thought his demeanor was rude but , I deserved it. After getting to know him he was really a blessing. I will not get into any other trouble this situation changed me into a better person. He was there from beginning to end and I still to this day Thank GOD for him and the letter he sent me when promoting his work ethic. Out of all people he helped me. Thank GOD for him again.

I approached him with a case that was a joke of a case to be honest, but he took it on anyhow. It was a simple misdemeanor but the court was treating it like a felony. He told me not to worry about it that he would take care of it. And he did. He was able to get my case completed within a month's time and every time I called or text him, he answered back promptly. I am not sure about all these people who had put a bad review, but Mr. Padgett is a good attorney and we will use him in the future for other family issues that are arising at this time.
