They guided me into a bankruptcy that was not what I needed. The trustee responsible for paying my bills didn't and now I'm getting a call from someone saying that there was a loan taken out for the car after I filed bankruptcy and that couldn't have happened so I think they're thieves. I called to complain about these issues and they will not call me back. I have now lost my vehicle and had my other vehicle repossessed because of the trustees not paying the bills even after I paid them they're required $550 a month. someone is the thief there and all I need is an attorney but I can't go to them because they won't call me back.

Jon Healy, an attorney, met with in person to discuss my case. He was extremely personable and professional. He tracked down the paperwork related to my medical expenses and worked with the other driver’s insurance company to make sure that we eventually got the most out of them from an auto accident that was not my fault. I really appreciate the fact that he showed diligence and his staff showed their thoroughness throughout the process. The high professional standards at Packard LaPray made this bad experience of being hit, a little better. You may know that Mr. Healy last year got a 27 million dollar verdict in Jefferson County when a commercial truck smashed into cars on I-10. Even though my case was so small compared to that case, I feel like the law firm cared about my case like it was their biggest. I hope I never need to use a lawyer again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call Packard LaPray again.

I've used them twice once applying for my Disability. They got my case completed & approved! Second, in a auto accident, I got rear ended by a drunk driver. They helped get me the medical help I needed as well close my case in my favor since the driver had no insurance.

Having been through 3 different law firms on 3 different filings for my SSI, Packard & LaPray got it done. Not to mention that they accepted my case with just two months to prepare for the appeals hearing in front of one of the meanest SSI judges in the State.
