Verry disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

Don't waste your money on him. If he hasn't already told you the judge is a problem just wait because he will. Then he will text you and tell you he is withdrawing from your case stating, the judge is a problem and he doesn't have time for your case. Then will lie in court about the reason he withdrew. I know a couple of people (including me) that he has done this to. He is also part of the Texas Family Law Foundation. If you don't know what that is, they are against equal shared parenting. Waring you to stay away from this guy and any attorney that is part of that foundation. they will destroy your family and take your money. They do not care about you or your child(ren).

While he might be competent in other areas, I don't recommend him for family court matters.
