Met with the attorney regarding a release of lien. He took over three weeks to do absolutely nothing. He claimed in the end that "he couldnt find to whom the affidavit should be addressed" and closed the file. And although I had given him all my contact information, he mailed an invoice to a customer's house. He's completely disengaged to handle any of our real estate needs!
