We have been clients of Jennifer Nichols since 2015. She has successfully handled a contested guardianship for my late mother and, more recently, issues regarding her estate. In the course of our case, she also updated our own wills and estate plan. It has been a joy to work with her. She is intelligent, insightful and always a step ahead of the other side. Her advice is generally simple, logical and practical. Things inherently move a bit slowly in the legal arena but Ms. Nichols keeps things moving forward at a good pace. It’s a great comfort to know you are in good, trustworthy hands. We live 300 miles from Beaumont but it’s well worth the occasional road trip.

I recently used Nichols law firm for help settling my Granma's estate. She did not leave a will, so there were a lot of things we needed help with. Jennifer and her paralegal team were on point.
