“Shawn Crawford lacked compassion and communication with the family. They did not verify my identity when I signed documents on behalf of my deceased neighbors and this is a notarized document. I have never witnessed such lack of empathy for a family that was dealing with the passing of family members. He ridiculed them and complained about not getting paid enough for his work.”
