Worst experience and very unprofessional. Shawn Crawford lacked compassion and communication with the family. They did not verify my identity when I signed documents on behalf of my deceased neighbors and this is a notarized document. I have never witnessed such lack of empathy for a family that was dealing with the passing of family members. He ridiculed them and complained about not getting paid enough for his work. Unethical on so many levels.

I was referred to Livens & Reed by a staff at Meadow Brook, Van Alstyne. I had to move my mother from a facility in Sherman because they did not take Medicaid. If you have to turn to Medicaid for your loved ones financial support get in contact with Livens & Reed. Shauna really took the time to help me through the process which is much more involved than you might realize. I would highly recommend them to assist you through the Medicaid application.
