My family has experienced different kinds of abuse, and was only made worse after I asked the government for help. I had never heard of Anita Cutrer until I saw her sign on my drive to work. (That could be a good thing in the world of family court). The fact she's board certified in Family Law made her stand out. When the words outside the office changed to "It seems impossible until it's done," I had to turn in. Karen is perfect for first impressions. She promptly greeted me, and had a friendly and inviting smile. I asked if Anita offered a special service, and was encouraged to schedule a complimentary consultation... I'm still shocked at how fast they got me in. When I came back for my appointment, I discovered Anita was awarded "Top 10 Family Law Attorney in Texas." That's huge and should be acknowledged. I haven't spoken with Anita personally, but Jennie, her lead paralegal, was very impressive. She had documents from my case printed, and pointed out some of the same concerns I already had. She asked key questions, listened without bias or interruption, took notes, and went back to the top to dig deeper. Jennie treated me like a person, and demonstrated what all legal defense should look and feel like. Most importantly, she cared about my children. I don't have the necessary funding to move forward and secure their representation at this time. However, I truly believe all the lies would've been stopped as soon as they started if my family had the "duty of care" I was shown today. If you have the means, make sure the law firm you hire has integrity, is qualified and prepared, takes your case for the right reasons, and desires to promote restoration. Otherwise, the money spent will be used to make a bad situation worse, and your children will suffer more because of it. Thank you again for your time!

I appreciate the confidence and compassion the staff has at this firm. It makes a difference that their receptionist Karen is bilingual and is very patient and helpful through the intake process. I can also say the paralegals here, including Macy and Jennie, are very knowledgeable and do their part to support you in your case.
