Pros
1
Knowledgeable and experienced in various areas of law, including family law and disability law
“I was impressed by the fact that he was not only well versed in family law, but also in disability law, which is important to me considering that one of my children is part of the disability community.”
2
Provides excellent communication and responsiveness
“The best thing about this firm is that they are excellent communicators. My particular attorney, Ben, was wonderful compared to past experiences. He kept me informed and returned phone calls promptly.”
3
Offers personalized and professional service
“Very personal, very professional, and thought only of us and what we need to do to take care of our family.”
4
Delivers successful outcomes for clients
“They have handled our wills and advised us on inheritance matters. They are my go to with my legal matters.”
5
Charges reasonable and transparent fees
“They don't waste your money with time, racking up your bill like many other law firms do. They get straight to work and straight to the point with the opposing party.”
Cons
1
Inconsistent quality of service and communication
“I was assigned an associate attorney who then left the practice, which I was never informed of. I then only went through the paralegal about me case until right before a custody hearing.”
2
Lack of preparation and attention to client's needs
“He didn't prepare me AT ALL for the hearing. My wife and her lawyer had questions and answers rehearsed, while we never discussed anything he would go over. The hearing went very poorly, and afterwards he called me a 'terrible' client and withdrew from my case.”
3
Potential for mishandling or neglecting cases
“They did not do anything to help my situation. They were ill equipped to handle the simplest issues such as filing motions and guiding me on my best course of action. They allowed the other attorney to walk all over them in court, as well as, drag out the case/proceedings.”
