Amazing people

I’ll just put it simple, horrible communication. Especially after the case ends. I had a bill delivered to me and wasn’t sure if this was something my lawyers were suppose to help me with. So like any concerned client I reached out for clarification. I left emails, voicemails, made multiple phone calls and they never got back to me. It got to the point that the assistant told me that Jonathan (the person in charged of my case) was aware of me trying to contact him but it’s almost a month later and I still don’t hear back. I literally gave up on calling and emailing. It’s so sad because you’re already overwhelmed with the whole situation and you rely on these people during these hard times but then they treat you like this. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt especially since this was my first time working with lawyers but after I now read other peoples reviews that definitely confirmed to me that there in fact was issues from the beginning. I rarely ever leave reviews but I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the hassle. Yes, at the end of the day they “got the work done” but I would definitely not use them again.
