Signed on with the firm with a promise to pay 35% of my total settlement and they ended up tacking on unexpected fees. With that being said they took a solid 82% of the check. They had no intention of helping us knowing we lost our mode of transportation from the accident and it caused me to go into early labor, leaving us carless with a 1.4 pound baby in the NICCU. Greed consumes this company.

File a grievance with the state bar on this firm, WE ARE. This is the worst firm ever. Changed attorneys on us 3 times, never update us, then tell us we spent up our limit on medical bills and they can't sue. And for six months every time we call we get a rude paralegal who doesn't even remember us and says they are waiting on a bill, after 6 months still havent got the bill? We can send you the damn bill we got tons now and our credit destroyed. Of course she says we can't send the bill. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

Wish there was a NO STAR option!!! If you are looking for someone who never responds to emails or voicemails, someone who drags their feet on your case...then yes please give them a call. We went through several case managers before we finally ended up with Brandi. Her attitude towards my entire family was the most unprofessional I've ever seen. I will never refer is law firm nor will i ever use them again.

DON'T use this law office at all. I paid money to the lawyer at GP location to do nothing at all for me. Except to send a final bill saying I owed more money. I did her work so they need to pay me for my services. I've asked for a refund on several occasions through email. I was given the run around each time. Contacting them is a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else.
