Excellent care for my case.

not happy with the service , i hate to even put a one star . MY attorney at court made me feel intimidated instead of being on my side he truly did not help my case AT ALL ,People working their have bad attitude & seem careless ,THEY TELL YOU A BUNCH OF LIES ,I never got updates like they told me the only updates I would get is that THEY WANT MORE MONEY !😐👎🏼👎🏼also I never got told my attorney quit the job & my case was passed down to another attorney & they still have my case on hold ! They couldint tell me my attorney quit but Yet I get messages that I owe more & more money !😐I would NOT recommend bailey & galyen 👎🏼👎🏼Good thing I got another attorney & NOT at bailey & galyen 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am very happy that I chose Andres E. Martinez for my case. He is compassionate and concerned attorney who cares about his clients' cases and well-being. As a example, I was particularly impressed when he recently agreed to meet with me on short notice take my case for my citizenships interview He is also a good listener to his client's concerns for equality before the law. I would like to thank Bailey and galyen for providing me with my case manager Carolyn Johnson and my attorney mr. Joe Robles who both have done an outstanding job helping me diligently with any problems that I've been having involving my case. my name is Joseph Cantu and was involved in an injury a board a Greyhound bus. For those who may not have heard of Greyhound they are the largest bus Corporation in America with offices in Mexico and Canada to. There no brookies when it comes to hiring lawyers for themselves and according to what I read we'll fight for every dime did they have to give. Fortunately for me my counselor attorney Robles was a boxer in the Marine Corps before entering the law firm so I know he will fight hahaha. I back anyone who serve d our country 100% after being involved in the accident aboard the bus I researched all the law firms in this area so that I can make a intelligent decision upon who I needed representing me going against a big company like Greyhound bus. I chose Bailey and galyen Law Firm because of many reasons. One reason was I found that this law office seem to be more interested in my health than the money which may not be the case but I appreciate them knowing I had a brain tumor removed and my health hasn't been the greatest I can't say enough about Carolyn Johnson my case manager who was there for me basically at my disposal answering questions that I had calming me down when I was so frustrated and in pain and always giving me good advice and if there was anything else that I needed I was to promptly to call her. I realize I'm not the easiest man in the world to deal with but I admire her patience and her ability to deal with frustrated individual such as myself. I can't help it sometimes it's this damn remaining parts of the tumor that I still have. upon speaking with my attorney the very first time he briefly describe the outline of how he planned to dedicate what's Greyhound which I found very refreshing knowing he was going against Goliath that he wasn't intimidated by them at all and would fight diligently to get me compensated the most possible. when I first contacted Bailey and galyen law offices and explain to them what happened aboard the bus they had a representative at my door within a hour time. I actually felt important for a change and found out that I am important and have been treated with nothing but respect since first speaking with them on the phone. And what's so good about this is that my attorney is already working on some money that I can have because I'm having a real rough time paying rent and my bills so I haven't been able to work because of my injury I give this Law Firm Carolyn Johnson my case manager and my attorney Mister Joe Robles all five stars. Not just because I wanted to give it to them but they deserve dad and more for their tireless endless efforts to help me as a person living day by day who put all his egg baskets with Bailey and galyen Law Firm. Rachael Stevenson was amazing. We had a case open for about a year prior to her coming in and she got it wrapped up very quickly and efficiently.
