Poor communication and lack of responsiveness
“It's a shame , if you don't have the time to file right paperwork's you should not take the case. We lost 9 months waiting and find out that you did not file the correct papers you did not fallow up, case was dropped because of you.”

“File a grievance with the state bar on this firm, WE ARE. This is the worst firm ever. Changed attorneys on us 3 times, never update us, then tell us we spent up our limit on medical bills and they can't sue.”
