I was sued by a large Fort Worth real estate company. After contacting their legal representative, I was told “We have done our research on you and your wife’s assets”. What followed was a list of items that had either mine or my wife’s name on a public registration/deed. To include a partial of a family’s farm. They threatened to place liens on all properties, accounts and even auction off vehicles, if hundreds of thousands of dollars were not paid soon. My family and I were not familiar with the legal capabilities of such threats and were emotionally terrified of the unimaginable future. At the advice of a close friend I reached out to Matinez Hsu. Who at "NO" charge, quickly met with us (with in days) and calmed our fears by explaining a much less doom and gloom picture of our future. In the end, we did have some legal obligations to the real estate company but Martinez Hsu neigotiated a much more realistic & reasonable sum. While the whole process was stressful, someone from the office of Matinez Hsu routinely contacted me and updated us on the progress. I would advice any one to hire Martinez Hsu for legal guidance. They understand the emotional strain that legal issues put on those who are not accustom to this arena.
