I would like to recognize the efforts of winning my eviction case to Mr, Behrooz. He was faced with a tough eviction case for one of my tenants or called professional tenants. I contacted his firm where he was highly recommended by a large Real Estate Brokerage form in North Texas. Is very frustrating to deal with legal problems when you don't have either the knowledge nor the legal representation. From day one his firm gave me a good explanation of what to expect from this case "chapter 13" my expectations were set from day one. His staff from answering the phone to give me constant updates was very efficient and even sometimes I tent to be very concern on my case, they gave me the confidence that it was on good hands from beginning to end. Sometimes I requested to speak directly with Mr Behrooz aand aside from answering all my questions and giving me information on my case he is very polite, calm and understanding of my frustration.
