We would definitely not recommend this firm to anyone for any reason. A $5400 deposit was paid in October to file a suit against a storage company by an associate of ours and retrieve our items from a receiver who illegal took some property. It took six weeks to file the suit against the storage, the attorney never did anything with the reciever, the attorney never contacted the other attorney who was also filing a suit in 4 months. The attorney kept setting up meetings and never showed up for them, the attorney never answered or returned phone calls, the attorney rarely answered emails in a timely manner. The receptionist simple runs “interference” for the attorney. They didn’t even submit a Billing statement for four months so we have no idea how much we were charged for the minimal work done. Even when we fired them it took days for them to acknowledge that and THEN continued to try to set up meetings. They never gave a plan of action even when asking direct questions. It’s almost like they played for the other team. Worst ever, over priced, and the contract says the retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE. Did nothing, said nothing, planned nothing, and then you can’t even get your balance of funds back. Find a good firm that communicates and does their job. Minorities beware. They wasted over 4 months of our associates time which will possibly cost us our business

I am a bit disappointed regarding first my impression with Bailey & Galyen Attorneys at Law. I had a great conversation with counselor George yesterday and he spent an hour of his time speaking with me on my case. This is where it gets a little dicey.. Upon calling in to set a consultation appt. I inquired if my type of case would be a flat rate or hourly. I was advised that this would certainly be a flat rate. After speaking with George he advised me of the upfront retainer and explained anything after is hourly. I advised I was told differently, but chalked it up to a new hire in their call center who perhaps did not know better. After speaking with George yesterday I knew I wanted to proceed with his firm, and upon the completion of our conversation he noted they would be emailing over the retainer link to me later that day. I didn't receive anything on my end, or this morning so I followed up today and spoke to their receptionist. She was friendly and confirmed they had an accurate email address for me. She then let me know how busy George and the firm are as he was presently in court, and explained they haven't sent anything yet. Meanwhile, the other four attorneys I spoke with yesterday, have all followed up multiple times and each sent me emails to move ahead with their services. When the receptionist read back my email as correct I advised her that it was a shame as one of two things are the case... 1) This firm/attorney is simply unorganized and unable to follow up on commitments made, or 2) This firm/attorney is too busy with their current case load to give my case the attention it will require. In either case, first impressions are extremely important to me, as they are with most people. When a firm fails to follow through on what they said day one.. my trust is lost. Especially when considering I am trusting you with my families future. All the same, I could tell George was kind and very knowledgeable of his trade and is very likely an outstanding family law attorney. Perhaps its just a matter of needing better/more paralegals or receptionists, either way, if I can't trust you with the small things, there is no way to trust you with my larger concerns.. at least not where family is concerned.

First time in 20 years of fighting the attorney General courts that I feel like someone is in my corner! I can't express the relief I have knowing they will and have fought for me.(even during the Christmas holiday) Thank you Elizabeth and C. Morgan for all the hard work and time you dedicated to my child support case.

Would like to thank Jesus Cortina and Rosa Kerr that worked on my case. They are the best people to work your case. They both communicated with me and my fiancé on our case. Any questions we had, they had an answer for. Professional overall. Definitely recommend those two if you ever need anything from this law firm.

I hired Bailey & Galyen to handle my car accident two years didn’t get me nothing, and left me with over $10k of medical bills. And they told me if we didn’t get nothing of the case you don’t have to pay your medical bills. The credit score went down because of the collection on my report. I won’t recommend them at all
