I am beyond furious I was in an auto accident back in November. The insurance company has issued my personal injury money to Bailey and Galyen. I was tol to calm back today my phone number is routed to my case worker no matter what number I call she never responds back nor does she follow through on calling me back. Today when she says I can get part of my money she tells me that she doesn’t know if the attorney sent the request for the check to be issued. I tell her that I have been evicted from my apartment which happened last Tuesday I let her know that 3 weeks prior telling her I need an update but today after letting her know that I am living in my truck and I haven’t eaten anything in a day she says that’s fine and hangs up on me. How do I go about firing an attorney and hiring a new firm that at least has empathy for the people who they are trying to help. Because I am not seeing it through this firm. Update: I just spoke with the attorney and she informed me that she did not request my check until this morning and that I have to wait yet another day to get my insurance money which is not part of any settlement but still taking out their “cut” because they requested it. And that it was not their fault I am living in my truck and haven’t eaten anything.

*Update* They sold my case to Ben Abott. Also saying two more years... I'm currently a client, and I would not reccomend them. They spent two months just gathering bills I submitted copies of months ago. I was told today it could take upto two years.... Who has two years to be without a car? The insurance company of the guy that hit me paid for my car took the car....And then they denied the claim? So frustrating. Never spoke to an Attorney just Denise for the last six months. Dont bother sending a so sorry please email... I wont bother. Said my ✌And I will update this...in two years

I hired Christine Clary on 12.4.19 after asking one question: Do you have time to get me a hearing as fast as humanly possible so that I can see my babies. Not only is it now 4.4.19 and she hasn't even so much requested temporary orders in a Motion to Modify, but is choosing to breach the contract by trying to coerce me into signing her motion to withdraw without a hearing in front of the judge. Mind you - this lady has been paid in full $3000 and I have gone above and beyond doing everything she has requested. She is upset that I am choosing not to have her represent me for a motion to enforce/contempt because I prefer to have a criminal attorney when my freedom is on the line and she hasn't even done what she said in the Motion to Modify. Our contract clearly states that she is ONLY representing me for a Motion to Modify. I had heard such great things about this office and I should hope that this isn't standard conduct for this firm. This has got to be the worst law firm I could have chosen for my car accident. They have no idea what they are doing! I was rear ended in stopped traffic on the freeway.. They took my case, sent me to the doctors.. made me continue to go to different doctors even after I asked to be released. After i was finally released from the doctors the attorney then completely dropped my case. I am now receiving bills from the doctor's they made me go to. This law firm is a joke! They ended up screwing me! Zero stars! I would NOT recommend them!
