THIS PLACE DOES AWFUL BUSINESS , I SETTLED MY CASE ON 09/20/2018 , AND WAS GIVEN A 2-3 WEEK TIME FRAME , AND HERE WE ARE TODAY 10/29/2018 AND I STILL HAVE NO IDEA OF WHATS GOING ON , I CALL AND INQUIRE ABOUT MONEY THAT IS RIGHTFULLY MINE AND THE ATTORNEY(JASMINE KRUSH) IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THE ONLY REASON I AGREED ON THE SMALL AMOUNT I RECIEVED IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE 2-3 WEEKS ! THEY ARE LIARS. I AM BEING CHARGED 33% TO RECEIVE POOR SERVICE , THEY ACT AS IF YOU ARE A BURDEN TO THEM ABOUT SOMETHING THATS YOURS , IM CONVINCED AT THIS POINT MY MONEY HAS BEEN STOLEN , SO BY ALL MEANS NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE ... CALL ANOTHER PI FIRM , ONE THAT WILL NOT LIE AND CHEAT THEIR CLIENTS . IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I GOD HONESTLY WOULD , BUT FOR ME TO EVEN WRITE THIS REVIEW TO SAVE SOMEONE ELSE FROM BEING SCREWED I HAD TO AT LEAST GIVE 1 STAR ... SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ! CALL DOROTHY HYDE THE BARACUDDA , RYAN THE LION THOMPSON CALL SOMEBODY ANYBODY EXCEPT BAILEY AND GAYLEN !!! I LITERALLY REGRET THE DAY THAT I EVEN GOOGLED THIS FIRM.! THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE MORE THAN LIKELY FALSIFIED , THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IS MY CAS MANAGER , JOEY GUYGER ..! SHE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY GREAT ! BUT ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF JOEY , EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT THIS PLACE IS RUDE , CORRUPT , AND DISHONEST!

i negotiated with an insurance company on my own for a year, after getting fed up with them i contacted Bailey & Galyen and told them my situation and what i was offered. They took me on as a client, and told me that i needed to take the deal that the insurance was offering. The intern that they had working my case told me that the court would see me as trying to get rich quick.. I was T-Boned on my motorcycle! She also told me that the offer was final and there was nothing more i could do. I GOT LESS MONEY THAN WHAT I NEGOTIATED MYSELF!

I was going through a tough time in my life and it was looking like the light on the other side of the tunnel was only getting smaller and smaller .I was referred to Bailey and Galyen by my mother, and honestly I can say. One of the best decisions of my life. I met with Keith Spencer and Ninfa Cruz, and they were nothing but positive and uplifting. And assured me my situation would get turned around and they would do nothing but there best for me. And I've received nothing but that for the months we've been working together. I'm now coming to the end of my time with them, and it was a real pleasure .I'm nothing but satisfied. And I have to mention, I'm a single mother and I'm definitely not making millions. His law firm was SO accommendating to me and working with me to set up an affordable payment plan. You don't have to be broke to get help!! Best thing I ever did walking into that office.
