Great communication and excellent work.

Called earlier this year about my son who just become of age and has several disabilities. The woman I spoke with back then knew what she was talking about and said I needed to file DAC. She said I had an easy case. She said if I was turned down again to give them a call and they would take care of business. So called back and they have a new girl and she didn't know anything. She went and spoke to someone and come back telling me that I had to get my son updated on his evaluation. I tsaid it was done 10/4/2019 and the other a few months ago. She said she was sorry they couldn't help me unless I got a more updated evaluation. I was so appalled by the ignorance of this girl that I just hung up and called another attorney who asked for a form from his doctor plain and simple.

Law firm to run away, Bailey and Gailyen It is all show, no honestly No communication, no care., no dedication, no moral and attics. They collect the fee and disappear. You cannot reach them they are hiding . Mr.Spencer it is a shame , if you don’t have the time to file right paperwork’s you should not take the case. We lost 9 months waiting and find out that you did not file the correct papers you did not fallow up, case was dropped because of you.

Bailey and Galyen took really good care of me even during this pandemic, I was very well taken care of and my settlement didn’t take long. Me and my family of 5 were involved in a car accident and having a child with special needs became very scary. JESUS (JESSE) CORTINA our claims negotiator, was the first person to call and he took very good care of me and my family. He and the staff took care of everything and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was happy with my final offer. Totally recommend Bailey and Galyen!

They're never calls me to ask me how's everything going to helps me with my case, they decided by theirs self what to do with out asking me what's going on with my body, I have cervical lordosis, epilepsy seizures, sindrome of the space cuadrilateral, and etc, I'm stillf waiting a study in my sindrome of the space cuadrilateral, that I need a surgery, because my arm is like it dead I can't not used, is been 2 year's all ready and I never heard about nothing, Everytime I call them, they charge me, but they're not help me with my studies that I paid from my packet, I'm still waiting from them to help me.. a lot of things are happening to my life inside my body and they only charged me but they're don't help me with my Medical Problems that this accident cause me and destroy my life. I just like to make sure they're help me to get the surgery that I need because I wanted to have my regular life back, I wish I can drive, I wish I can just have my life with out pain every day so I can go to theirs office to explain better my Medical Situation, I send Them my medical records inf, but they're to busy to look into it.. 😢😢😢😢 real sad life..this isn't a life to be alive anymore.

Signed on with the firm with a promise to pay 35% of my total settlement and they ended up tacking on unexpected fees. With that being said they took a solid 82% of the check. They had no intention of helping us knowing we lost our mode of transportation from the accident and it caused me to go into early labor, leaving us carless with a 1.4 pound baby in the NICCU. Greed consumes this company.
