Best Law firm I’ve Ever Delt With Hands Down Got Me Paid! Now I Can Eat Steak And Shrimp!

La experiencia de mi hija fue nefasta, se accidentaron el 05 de Julio y hasta julio 31le confirman que no hay nada de hacer, por que la persona que los choco esta excluida de la poliza, segun conocimientos legales en personal injury si no esta claro que la persona esta incluida en la poliza, se debe informar a los afectados que saquen el vehiculo del taller que enviaron (en complicidad del senor de la grua, quien es el que da la tarjeta de los abogados) y que el proceso esta en investigacion. Pasa un mes y se debe pagar de garaje, grua y otro bill no especificado $2500.00 y sigue corriendo, despues que mi hija llama y dicen que no hay nada de dinero ahi (Nicolas Lagunas nunca lo advirtio de sacar el vehiculo de ese sitio mientras se esclarese el tema, que es lo que hace una firma seria). El punto es la falta de profesinalismo cuando estuvimos llamando casi un mes. Adicional envian a las personas afectadas a un quiropractico, Quien va a asumir esa factura??? Me encantarian que asumieran parate de responsabilidad, ya que es una complicidad grua-taller de mecanico y la firma de abogados. My daughter's experience was disastrous. They had an accident on July 5th and on July 31st they confirmed that there was nothing to be done because the person who hit them was excluded from the policy. According to legal knowledge in personal injury, if it is not clear that the person is included in the policy, the affected parties should be informed to take the vehicle out of the shop that was sent (in complicity with the tow truck owner, who is the one who gives the lawyers' card) and that the process is under investigation. A month goes by and the garage, the tow truck and another unspecified bill of $2500.00 must be paid and it continues to run, after my daughter calls and they say that there is no money there (Nicolas Lagunas never warned him to take the vehicle out of that place while the issue is clarified, which is what a serious firm does). The point is the lack of professionalism when we were calling for almost a month. Additionally, they send the affected people to a chiropractor. Who is going to pay for that bill? I would love for them to take on some of the responsibility, since it is a complicity between the tow truck, the mechanic's workshop and the law firm.

They did help me with my case. My second case didn’t take long. Still waiting on my first settlement from my accident in January. Overall, highly recommend.
