A car wreck can be traumatic enough without injuries and insurance companies adding to the situation. Unless you're an expert in the field don't try to navigate it alone and don't answer any questions. It's wrong to assume your own insurance company will be on your side. This firm will do more than guide you through the process, they will give you honest guidance through it all.
