Inconsistent communication and responsiveness from the legal team
“My experience with this company was not the best I had a case Manager named Cynthia she only contacted me ONCE !!! And that was because I wanted an update keep in mind I crashed back in January and it's now May and I still have yet to hear from her about any update on my case. I definitely would not recommend”
