If you are a mom and you are fighting for your kids, please do not hire this law firm!! Do not work with this Mrs Biebas. I’ve had a horrible custody battle and her and her team will not fight for you. My divorce and custody agreement was closed October 2023. And before it was closed, my ex-husband was abusing my kids and I asked Miss Biebas if we could try to fight harder for better rights, she told me she will not fight and I need to come back in one year to modify. I signed a document that I should not have signed and I hired an attorney that I should not have hired. Since October 2023, my kids have cried to psychiatrist doctors and CPS workers that my ex-husband has been touching them and physically abusing them, so when I reach back out to Mrs Biebas, she said that there was nothing she could do until it has been one year since the divorce. It made no sense to me that she was making me wait one year when my kids need help right now. So I reached out to another attorney to see if he could help but he ended up being just as bad. I reached out again to Miss Biebas to see if she could help me since she told me to wait a year and it’s already been a year, but out of pettiness since I decided to reach out to another lawyer, they are refusing to help. I only asked for help from another lawyer because my kids needed help immediately and Mrs Biebas was not willing to help. Save your money and any mom’s out there please do not hire this attorney. And for the sake of your kids, please find another lawyer.

Mr. Riley was very professional and was able to get our son's charges reduced. Now there is a possibility of getting it all expunged so it won't follow him around the rest of his life. Ms. Hoxsey is Mr. Riley's paralegal and did an excellent job of keeping us informed and explained all of the paperwork. They are a great team!

I highly recommend this law office for divorces/family law. Kacie Biebas was my attorney and she (and everyone in the office) was wonderful. Even though my case was a rough one, she stuck with me the entire time and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like my last lawyer did. She was very nice, helpful, she got things done in a timely manner, you could understand her explanations to you as to what is going on and the process it is going to take to get to the next step. I hope I wont need to use them again in the future, but if I did, then I will be going back to them. I appreciate everything that this law office has done for me. It means the world to me and I wouldn't be where I am today without their help.

Really Great Law firm! They are wonderful at listening to what you want and getting things done to make it happen! They are great at answering questions you have and if they don’t have an answer they will find out for you. I would recommend this law firm to anyone that asked me! Kacie, Kelsey & Michelle are AMAZING!!!

Kacie is a pleasure to work with. She is focused and caring, just the kind of lawyer you want in your corner. When it's family then it will be a mess and she has the patience to navigate through all of it. And Michelle will keep it all straight and on everyone's calendar. Thought this was going to be a miserable experience but it was actually quite hilarious. I do not recommend though, unless you know what you’re doing. So much salt. Everywhere. 🤪

I just hired Mr. Riley and from the very first phone call he has been a blessing. Explains in depth highlighting points of interest and the time he took to explain everything even before I hired him was so much help.

Highly recommend them. Both Mr. Riley and Ms. Kelsey were helpful in explaining everything and had my case resolved quickly, taking care of things I had no idea how to do on my own. They got my court time pushed forward and over with quicker when we decided what we wanted to do. They told me to contact them in the future if I had any questions when the case was finished and reached out to me when anything came up. If you are unsure who to contact for your case, reach out to them because they made my life a whole lot easier.
