Update 2- BEWARE! This attorney comments on reviews and uses the person's full name, age, ethnicity, and citing case notes, meaning that he doesn't respect client confidentiality. What does a clients ethnicity have to do with their review for a bad experience! I had my own bad experience but to see how this man is dragging multiple reviewers is disgusting. Please look at this man's reviews. He is condescending to clients, wether they hire him or not. As you will see there have been many bad reviews left. *Update- There is now more I must add to this review. This attorney is now emailing me telling me to stop whining when I questioned why he only put Decline. Literally, one word responce to me requesting a consultation- Decline. I have been more professional in my responses than he has. Its absurd to do business like he is. My appologies sir but you are not the brightest crayon in the box... I put down a $3,000 retainer yesterday for my attorney, who is a wonderful man and chatted with me for almost 2 hours before I paid him. If you would actually speak with people rather than assume they dont even have $20 you're never going to actually work. If you had responded with anything except Decline, who knows, you could have been paid yesterday. You chose to be extremely standoffish in your reply. I msgd again asking why you said Decline when I had not been offered a proper consultation. Obviously you seem too busy to actually handle your own business with couth and tact so I am thankful you will not be my representation in court. Original review post- Offers consultation but does not actually. I emailed requesting a consultation and to possibly hire him. Their office also offers 45 min consultations for $20. He simply wrote back Decline. Dont waste your time contacting this guy because he doesn't even want to work.

Best Attorney I have ever had. He truly cares about resolving your legal hardships

This is my first review ever. He was belittling, rude, and unresponsive. I felt this review was needed to let anyone else looking for a traffic lawyer not to make the same mistake as me. He did reduce one of my tickets to a driving course but working with him I did not receive the peace of mind many are looking for when dealing with these sorts of thing and was quite appalled by his lack of professionalism. After he was paid he did not pick up any of my phone calls and closed the case as soon as he could. After asking for clarification on a poorly worded email sent to me I was told to refer back to the poorly worded email that was sent before. And when asked even more specific questions about the results one word and unspecific responses were given. It seemed like he didn’t have a second to spare on my case. And with the little time he chose to put into my case I was rewarded with belittling and unclear answers. Throughout the whole ordeal I stayed very calm and polite because, like most other people in need of a lawyer, I was not familiar with traffic law, had already paid him, and needed him to work for me. The people at the court house it’s self we’re way more helpful and polite and I ended up getting my case finished out with them.

Update to owner: False. I had a traffic ticket, I told you the exact county and traffic offense. You quoted me a price, I said thankyou and I would be in touch with you shortly. You said if I don’t want to hire you right then and there then don’t call back. You hung up and then I called the M Duane Miller law office.He is a wonderful lawyer and handled my case with care and always kept me updated. Miller treated me with respect from beginning to end. I recommend giving him a call over this guy any day.

Mr. Brown is awesome! He got my CDL ticket dismissed. He never promised that would happen, but he's been upfront and honest the whole time. Thank you, Ed!

Called this morning for a consultation with Mr brown who was very unprofessional! First, I gave him the details of my case and literally seconds later had to repeat myself as if he wasnt listening the first time. Second, when telling him of my concerns he told me he has far too much to do and if my concern was that big of a deal to me, I should probably call another attorney and promptly hung up. That is not how you do business. Period. Rude, unprofessional, not to mention poor communication skills in both the listening and speaking departments. Hire him if youd like but I wouldn't.

I really appreciate having a good honest lawyer taking care of my case.,that is just what this attorney did. He was fair he was good when it came to responding and needing an answer for a question. This attorney was prompt when doing the work and getting an answer from the judge. I am thankful to have had this attorney work on my case. If you're looking for a good attorney this is the one to go with. Thank you for everything that you did for me.

Mr. Brown was very polite and sat down for hours and explained step by step what we needed to do to fix my situation. Was honest and gave me a very fair quote.

Very straight forward. Never had to even enter his office, called over the phone about a speeding ticket I'd gotten 4 years prior. The fine was up to $900 he got it down to $553 & then his services. It saved me a 3hr drive to appear in court & a couple hundred. I'm not very good with answering the phone having two young children so I loved that he was great about emailing! Payment was easy as well and secured through PayPal. I was skeptical with his prior reviews. But I was also skeptical about taking my son to a surgeon with bad reviews on bedside manner. But his years of experience and successful surgery were what made my ultimate decision. But you have to think about it, do u want the best surgeon or a people person?! My son is now healthy and has minimum interference with life! I normally take the time to write a review on anyone with bad reviews because I myself am a photographer and know how people can be. He stuck to his word and I trusted him with my funds and he did use them appropriately. What more can you ask? Defiantly take the time to read ALL reciews not just the bad ones. Thanks Mr. Brown!

Something wrong with this guy... **edit**. Why would I call about a citation from several years ago? I just got it. Before he rudely hung up on me, I tried telling him there was no address on the citation. Just a coordinate. It gave a jp and judge info, which was all the attorney needs. It was just outside of temple. Again, the person has problems. It amazes me that he's even a lawyer.

Called seeking assistance with a traffic ticket, was having trouble hearing him; he yelled at me, told me I was wasting his time and rudely hung up the phone on me. My first Google Review... hope it helps someone else.

He did what he said he initially would for a larger price than my ticket was itself. Mr. Brown was very rude in every single interaction I had with him. I would think he'd be more appreciative for clients. I really believe he just took advantage of me because I am a woman and live out of town. Now says he will no longer allow contact with him because he has no time for my questions in of reply to his emails. He did bare minimum and was completely rude, I would not choose him again. I will be working on a complaint to the board. I just hope he actually did what he claims and isn't a con artist.
