Our call was answered quickly and Mr. Brown has been exceptional. He was compassionate about our situation and handled everything for us with the utmost respect for our family. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you are in need of a good attorney.

If this is the same hewitt u did a crap job defending me when I was a kid in 96. A kid with no criminal back ground. U did the least to defend me then and then again in 2000 for my transfer hearing. After all these yrs I haven't forgotten u

This lawyer is a fraud and completely sucks!!!!! Please stay away and plus hes rude and arrogant. I'm not a fraud he defended my wife in the 90"s when I was stationed at Fort Hood Texas and of course lost. Should have went with Dan Corbin and associates.

Mr Brown was hired by our family to represent a family member in a criminal matter. I am a criminal attorney myself with over 21 years of experience and I'm licensed to practice law in Maryland, DC, and Federal Court and I can say that Mr. Brown is by far 1 of the worst, rudest and unprofessional attorneys that I had ever come across. Although I was a witness in the case he refused to interview me. In fact ironically I received more assistance from the prosecutor who was prosecuting my family member. I was truly disappointed and if you are considering hiring this guy, consider this review and also look at other reviews on Yelp, I wish I could have given this guy negative stars, because one star is way too much h

Mr. brown is a great attorney who knows what he is talking about . He may come off as “rude or nonchalant” but he’s just an old school guy. He got my ABFM case dismissed in a very short time and he is affordable. All god in my books , I would use his services again if I ever had to

Mr. Brown was a pleasure to work with, he was very blunt which is what I wanted. Also helped me see the light in this all which I greatly appreciate. He went over everything with us through Zoom which worked perfectly for me and the case ended in a dismissal. Beyond thankful to him for his help.

Before I even called Mr. Brown I had read his reviews. and let me tell you these reviews pretty much tell you a lot about this lawyer. Just called his cell phone I'm assuming, and Mr. Brown answers, He was very rude and very unprofessional. My uncle who is incarcerated at the moment, found him and ask me to call him so I can talk to him and possibly hire him. I simply asked if we could go to his office and talk and and officially use him as my uncles lawyer, He cut me off and said "First of all I don't meet with anyone" so if you need to meet with a lawyer you need to find another lawyer and hung up. I couldn't help but laugh. Because clearly this lawyer hangs up on everyone. Seems to me he picks and chooses the clients he want to take.

Called and the answering assistant said he couldn't help me. So, I was good with that. He called me. I explained the situation and he asked questions which I answered to the best of my ability. It was not good enough and he hung up on me. After reading all the bad reviews, I am so glad he did...found someone else😏 Edited for response purposes... Sir...you don't know what you are talking about nor do you understand the situation. In our short conversation, I explained the no contact order per probation. Why did you call me anyway if your own personnel said you couldn't help? Please cease and desist. I left a review based on our conversation while looking for representation. You decided to handle it the way you did. Take care✌

Hired him as a JUVENILE defense lawyer. My son was THIRTEEN years old accused of touching his then girlfriends breast. When her father found out it miraculously turned into non consentual contact, surprise surprise, so she wouldn't get in trouble. This man is unnecessarily rude and insulting. If you ask a question he will call you stupid or tell you you're slow for not understanding. He didn't even read the entire discovery from the prosecution!!! He stopped answering my calls after he majorly dropped the ball in my son's trial. He told me he would do certain things and ask certain questions to witnesses in the trial that he never did. He called a black man the n-word during jury picking. He disappeared from the courtroom after the verdict and won't answer my calls so I can ask about an appeal, or the next step. Very disappointing! Don't waste your time or money on this pathetic excuse of a lawyer! Updates to respond to his comment: how dare you put personal case info on a public review and make your response seem like it was an adult being charged with a sexual crime against a child. They were BOTH children! I have filed a grievance through the state bar against you.

This attorney started off good but soon became unresponsive. It went so far as flagging every phone number I used as spam. I will not use this attorney and encourage everyone else to avoid him

At first I was Leary because I've only experienced public defenders. Edward Brown set my mind at ease with his knowledge of the law, determination to achieve and quick witted humor. He has gone above and beyond to help me help myself and it doesn't get any better than that.
