I live out of state and needed to find an attorney to assist me with a land dispute in Texas. David Brock came highly recommended and after our first conversation, I understood why. He took the time needed to understand the challenges I was facing. In giving advice, I could tell he had the highest professional ethics and took the "high" road. I feel like he was looking out for my best interest and in doing so, he earned my respect and trust. During our conversations, David demonstrated high levels of expertise and he possessed the specialized skills I needed. When conflicts with the opposing attorney arose, he handled them in a calm, objective manner with confidence. David places a high value on time effectiveness. He took into consideration that I live in a different time zone and would adjust his schedule. He would always make himself available to speak with me and kept me updated. David Brock has been my business and real estate lawyer for over 20 years. There is no one better to help with all aspects of real estate - residential, commercial, buyer, seller, title, contracts, banking, and leases. I worked with Les Strieber a few years back on a large lawsuit against an industrial client. We spent almost a full year working together to move the lawsuit through the arbitration process. I have not worked directly with Chad Upham or Greg Yost because David hogs all my legal needs but I have certainly got to know them both since I have spent a fair amount of time at their office.
